US buyer FAQ
Does the displayed price include shipping to the US?
No. The USD figure is a conversion of the CNY product price only. China-side delivery, international freight, duties, taxes, and carrier fees may be separate.
Are orders under $800 automatically duty-free?
Do not assume that. CBP states that duty-free de minimis treatment was suspended from August 29, 2025, with limited exceptions. Consult current official guidance.
Can I use my usual US sneaker size?
Not reliably. Compare the source chart, labeled size, foot length, and insole measurements for the exact listing.
Why is there no US carrier tracking number yet?
A parcel may pass through seller, warehouse, international line, customs, and final-mile stages. The domestic number may appear only when the final carrier receives data.
Can QC photos guarantee what I will receive?
No. QC can help inspect visible details at one stage, but it does not authenticate an item or guarantee condition, delivery, or a match beyond what is visible.
